Return policy

We offer a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days to return a product that does not meet your expectations. This period counts from the date of delivery of your order.

By exercising this right of withdrawal, we undertake to refund the total amount of the order within a maximum period of 14 days, after receipt and inspection of the material in the warehouse. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

This right of return can only be accepted for products returned in good condition. Items returned incomplete, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be accepted.

We are compelled to decline the returns of products that have been used by the Customer or with the same's agreement, as well as products that have been customized at the Customer's request.

You must return your products to one of the following addresses:

Returns can be made directly at one of the locations mentioned above, or through the carrier of your choice.

This return policy complies with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, which amends Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive
1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Directive 85/577/EEC of the Council and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.
